Chillies and Citrus

Chillies are my very favourite things to grow (and eat ;) )

My wall of chillies in the front room.

Chillies

A large red chilli (this is a mutant batch that was cross pollenated with a bell pepper last year)

Chillies

Funky Chillies, just starting to turn purple.

Chillies

Aurora chillies (my namesake). I adore these.

Chillies

Meyer lemons. I've got 7 large fruits, and one little ripening one. I think I'll turn them into curd

Chillies

There are lots more chillies in the greenhouse, jalapenos, purple tigers and serranos. As well as my Poblanos in the kitchen. I'll add more photos when I get half a second to take some ;)

  2. They have a heat level of 7++ according to www.chileseeds.co.uk, so bit hotter than thai chillies. 1st year growing these so will let you know :)

They were part of a chilli seed swap with the lovely Nettie :)
